Located in the village of Les Cerniers, Switzerland, set at 1,400 m above sea level, Whitepod Eco-Luxury Hotel offers accommodation in a collection of pods anchored on a wooden platform.

Since its creation in 2004, Whitepod Eco-Luxury Hotel aims to prove that hospitality and environmental conservation can coexist to create a unique and positive experience.

Designed to combine ecology and luxury, a pod is a unique form of accommodation, with a geodetic shape: a sphere composed only of triangles. The pods have a self-supporting framework which provides a solid structure whilst using a minimum of material.

Each pod is an individual room or rather a suite, with a floor-to-ceiling window facing the valley and also a small terrace at the entrance. Connected to the water system and heated with a pellet stove, the pods have all the comfort of a traditional hotel.

Whitepod Eco-Luxury Hotel includes a central chalet with a sauna and a bar. The use of energy and water is controlled. The waste is recycled. Ingredients are purchased locally. The staff lives nearby and simply walks to work.

Motorized transport is limited in the camp, meaning that you have to walk from reception to your pod. This is part of the Whitepod experience. Just like walking in a silent forest or enjoying a local cuisine.

Dog sledding tours in winter and hiking with dogs in summer, paragliding, guided tours and massages can be organized on site. 25 km of signposted trails and a sauna are available all year.
